Free Standard Shipping
Yestrive offers free standard shipping for all eligible orders, with no minimum purchase required. Free shipping applies to Canada, the Philippines, and supported international destinations. Any exceptions or limited promotions will be indicated at checkout. -

Fulfillment and Shipping Partners
All orders are fulfilled and shipped through CJ Logistics and its associated delivery partners. Orders may ship from different fulfillment centers depending on product availability and destination. -
Processing Times
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process before shipment. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods. -
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times begin after your order has been processed.
Philippines: 7–15 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs delays, carrier backlogs, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–72 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update. -
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, or taxes depending on your local laws.
The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may be applied.
Although our sample shipments have not incurred customs fees, they may still occur depending on your location. -
Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Yestrive is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
For issues after delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. -
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Yestrive is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. -
Pre-Orders
If a product is offered as a pre-order, estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page.
Pre-ordered items ship once they arrive at our fulfillment center and may delay your overall order if combined with in-stock items. -
Order Changes and Cancellations
After an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if processing has already begun.
