Welcome to Yestrive. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Yestrive, operated by Sports and Fitness Oasis Inc. (“Yestrive”). Yestrive operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping and training experience (the “Services”). Yestrive is powered by Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”), which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery caused by the carrier, customs processing, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you, or events outside our control.

Yestrive is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Yestrive. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Yestrive, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Yestrive.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the transaction giving rise to the claim.
