Suction Sit-Up Bar - Portable Floor Anchor

• Suction locks to smooth floors - holds feet in place during crunches
• Foam-padded bar - comfortable ankle support, no digging in
• 20-second setup - press down, flip lever, slide feet under
• No permanent installation - use it, store it, no drilling required
• Lightweight steel frame - portable between rooms or closets
• Works on tile and marble - requires smooth, sealed surfaces

Press the suction base down firmly on clean, dry tile or marble. Flip the lever to create the vacuum seal. Slide your feet under the foam bar. Start your workout. The suction holds against typical sit-up forces, though if your floor is textured, slightly damp, or porous, the grip may be weak.

When done, flip the lever to release, pick it up, and store it. No equipment left out cluttering your space. The foam padding on the bar prevents ankle discomfort during multiple reps.

Works well on smooth floors when you need foot stability without buying a full bench or asking for help.
